The California-based National Photon Propagation Institute is a restricted membership organization devoted to the study and propagation of photons in the nanometer range of approximately 380 nm to 780 nm.
Membership is open, by invitation only, to v.l. photon scientists, optical engineers, and related legal professionals in the field of photon propagation.
